  Congratulations...to all contestants, and especially to the winners, of this year's "Magic of Music" competitions! LiveWire won the Quartet Contest on Friday evening, and Alaska Sound Celebration took chorus honors on Saturday.   Happy May Anniversary to the a cappella joy and Seattle Shores Chapters! ACJ was chartered in 1958 (they are the "old" Lakeside Chorus), while Seattle Shores was chartered in 1953, making them our matriarchs at 55 years young! Congratulations and many, many more happy years of making music together.
