The 62nd North by Northwest Region 13 Convention and Contests will be held April 4-6, 2019 in Spokane, Washington! Once again, we'll have three days chock-full of exciting events, including a great educational class on energy, the awarding of important recognitions, joyous celebrations, and two great contests.
