NEW! A Convention Schedule of Events is now available.
NEW WEBCAST INFORMATION! Yes, there will be a webcast this year! It will cover the Quartet and Chorus Competitions and the Festival of Champions. A $20 subscription offers viewing of the three events, plus you will have access to the webcast’s archives for one week of “on-demand” viewing following the contest. You can sign up for the webcast now by going to region13webcast.com. Be sure to tell your family and friends, too! (updated 4/8/12)

Chorus and Individual Registration Forms are now available for Chorus Contest Chairs and/or CAL members. Detailed instructions on how to fill out the forms are included in the documents. PLEASE NOTE: Vivian Elia, our Registrar, prefers to get all this information into a Microsoft Excel file to make it easier to track. The preference is that you use the EXCEL form to register. However, if you do not have Excel or no one in your chorus can complete the forms for you, VIEW the .pdf version, then return the required information in the text of the email, using your TAB key to create "columns." Housing information is available here! Make your hotel reservations at the Spokane DoubleTree Hotel by using the easy online reservation system ( http://tinyurl.com/spokanehousing ... be patient! It takes a while to completely load!) or call the hotel reservation line (509.455.9600). NOTE: all Premium rooms and all queen-bed rooms have been reserved; however, king-bed and double-bed rooms are still available. Good news: the rooms at the DoubleTree have been remodeled and parking is less expensive this year. What a deal! Questions should be directed to Judy McMillian, Regional Housing Chair.
