 Attention: Treasurers and Finance Coordinators! The 990 Form (Information and Verification of Audit Form) is now available through the SAI website. The 990 filing deadline is September 15, 2010.

The 990 Form information includes a memo and a sample 990EZ Form and Schedule A Form.  The link to access this information is available here.

The Verification of Audit section provides the verification of audit form that needs to be completed and sent to headquarters by July 15, 2010. That link is available here.
