will be facilitating this year’s Region #13
Director/ Faculty/Musical Leaders Workshop
on June 20-21, 2008 at the
SeaTac (WA) Marriott Hotel.
The workshop is open to Directors, Assistant/Associate Directors,
DCP members, Regional Faculty, Section Leaders, Assistant Section
Leaders, Choreographers, and Choreography Team Members!
The
workshop will begin on Friday, June 20, 2008 at 6:30 pm and continue
through Saturday, June 21, 2008 at 5:00 pm. Class topics will
include
Building a musical team within a structure that works for your
chorus;
PVI structure and practice; audits, taping and musical
accountability; and, working together with administration and the
director...and more! A Saturday evening reception will also be held
starting at 7:00
pm, to give you time to socialize and network. For a complete

Bev is a
Certified International Faculty member, the Master Director of the
2008 12th Place Capital City Chorus, has been on the Board of the
Young Singers Foundation, and is a past International President. She
has shared her administrative and music skills throughout the United
States, as well as Europe, New Zealand, and Australia. And she's a
baritone!
The cost
of the workshop is $20 for Front Line Directors and $45 for all
other participants. Registration forms are available

REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS JUNE 18. Also on the
Registration form is information about lodging at the SeaTac
Marriott. Those reservations must be made directly with the hotel;
the deadline is June 11.
