We are excited to welcome back the NxNW Sweet Adelines Region 13 to Spokane in May 2024!

If you have more questions, the DoubleTree encourages you to reach out.  Please contact any Front Office Manager or Supervisor for further details to questions that haven't been answered below.
Please Note:  The DoubleTree no longer accepts block room reservations from choruses.

Important reminder: One way North by Northwest Region 13 reduces convention costs is through our contracted hotel room blocks. When attendees choose not to stay at the DoubleTree, our room night count falls short and we face significant financial penalties. Effective with our 2021 convention, members choosing to make reservations at a different hotel will be assessed $100.00. If the room block is met, members may choose any hotel in the area

BOOKING

Two ways to make your DoubleTree Hotel reservations
The cutoff date for making reservations is Saturday, April 20, 2024  or until the hotel block is full, whichever comes first.

  • Phone:   Call   509-744-2363 or 1-800-757-6131.  When you are speaking with the reservation agent, let them know right up front you will be coming in with the Sweet Adelines group, which is Group Code SAD.

  • Online: You can reserve online by clicking this link:   https://www.hilton.com/en/attend-my-event/sweetadelines-may2024/
Be patient! The page can take a bit of time to load.

When booking:

  • Clearly identify the number of guests who will be in the room, and also indicate if you intend the split the rate.

  • Adjoining rooms may be requested, but these rooms are limited and cannot be guaranteed. Preference will be given for adults with underage children or who are acting as caregivers.

  • Please let the hotel know if you will be needing an accessible room and what that entails (TDD, close to elevator, etc).

Please read! 2024 Payment/Deposit Policy at the DoubleTree

  • No block room reservations will be accepted.

  • A valid credit card must be used to secure a room within the Sweet Adelines block. This card will be used to guarantee one nights room and tax, should you cancel after the
    cancellation period.

  • If you intend to use multiple cards to pay for a room, you must provide the hotel with the First and Last Names of each guest in your room along with arrival and departure dates at check- in. Changes and additions at checkout are not permitted, no exceptions

  • The Region recommends you pay for the room with a single credit card and divide the cost amongst your roommates in private as this will expedite the check in process and
    reduce wait time in lines.

  • The cutoff date for making reservations is Saturday, April 20, 2024 or until the hotel block is full, whichever comes first.

Payment Options

Below is a reminder of the two ways you may book and pay for your reservations.
These are listed in order of most efficient for you during the reservation process up to and including arrival at the hotel.

Single Room Payment

  • This option will allow one person to use their individual credit card to reserve a room. Any guest or guests that might be sharing the room would need to reimburse the person who originally booked the   reservation because ALL room and tax charges will be billed against that ONE credit card.

Multiple Cards per Room

  • Our Chip and Pin system charges/authorizes the very first card presented at check-in for the ENTIRE room amount owed regardless of how many people are in the room or if the bill is being split. While this authorization isn’t a final charge and any unused amount will be returned to the guest’s credit card, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to become available again. Debit cards ARE NOT recommended for this.

  • The credit card system will charge/authorize the first card for the FULL amount of the room. It will then authorize/charge each additional guest for an equal amount of the room   reservation by night. All room and tax amounts must be split equally per night!

PARKING

DoubleTree Hotel Guests

  • Parking is available in the parking garage adjacent to the DoubleTree. The DoubleTree is offering a 50% discount on overnight self-parking to convention attendees. Valet parking is not available.

  • Overnight self-parking is $12.50 plus tax per night. YOU WILL NEED TO KNOW YOUR LICENSE PLATE #!  Take a picture of your plate # so you have it at check in. The DoubleTree will enter your plate number into their parking system so The CarPark attendant knows you are a hotel guest and have paid for parking. There are no more parking passes to bring back out to your vehicle.

Commuters/Guests

  • If you are not staying at the DoubleTree, there is daily parking in the garage for $10/day. You can pay the attendant if present, otherwise you will need to pay using the CarPark APP or scan the QR code on site.

HOUSEKEEPING

  • Daily housekeeping service has returned. All rooms are fully cleaned after each departure. A light touch cleaning is done in all stayover rooms which includes making the beds, emptying the garbage, wiping down dirty surfaces in the bathroom and replacing used towels, toiletries, etc. If you do not want your room cleaned during your stay, please place the Do Not Disturb sign on the door handle outside your room or notify the Front Desk. To request additional amenities such as linens, towels and toiletries please call the Front Desk at extension 0.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE not available

  • The DoubleTree does not provide shuttle service. We recommend ordering Uber or Lyft. Link your Hilton Honors and Lyft accounts to earn 3 Points per $1 spent on Lyft rides.
