Important reminder: One way North by Northwest Region 13 reduces convention costs is through our contracted hotel room blocks. When attendees choose not to stay at the Davenport Grand, our room night count falls short and we face significant financial penalties. Effective with our 2021 convention, members choosing to make reservations at a different hotel will be assessed $100.00. If the room block is met, members may choose any hotel in the area without penalty.

Because a large youth conference overlaps with our dates and has secured most of The Davenport Grand and surrounding hotels; double bedded rooms, king/king rooms are extremely limited. Once those are booked (first come, first served), only single king rooms will remain. A small number of rollaway beds will be available for an extra fee. If you need multiple beds, we strongly recommend reserving two single king rooms.  If additional rooms become available, they will be announced via email for booking on a first come first serve basis.

2026 Rates

• Deluxe King/King: from $179.00, plus taxes (three to four guests per room) 
• Deluxe Single King: from $159.00, plus taxes (one or two guests per room) 
• Junior Suite - 1 King Bed: from $179.00, plus taxes (one or two guests per room)
• Penthouse Suite - 1 King Bed plus pull out couch: from $179.00 plus taxes (four guests per room) 
• Rollaway beds are $25/night - limit ONE per room. They are on a first come first serve basis and are not guaranteed until check in.

Booking
All reservations need to be secured with a credit card. Only the room captain should reserve online or call in. That person should have the roommate names to be included in the room. The cutoff date for making reservations is Thursday, March 26, 2026  or until the hotel block is full, whichever comes first.

• Clearly identify the number of guests who will be in the room, and also indicate if you intend the split the rate.
• Adjoining rooms may be requested, but these rooms are limited and cannot be guaranteed. Preference will be given for adults with underage children or who are acting as caregivers.
• Please let the hotel know if you will be needing an accessible room and what that entails (TDD, close to elevator, etc).

Parking

• Self-parking at The Davenport Grand is available in our garage off of Washington Street for a discounted rate of $22 per night per car.
• Valet Parking is also available for $35 per night per car.

Commuters/Guests

• If you are not staying at the Davenport Grand, there is daily parking in the garage adjacent to the DoubleTree. You can pay the attendant if present, otherwise you will need to pay using the CarPark APP or scan the QR code on site.  There are other lots nearby the Convention Center that you may also utilize.
