INTERNATIONAL REGISTRATION 

Registering for competition with Sweet Adelines International begins on February 2, 2024. 

>> For Team Leaders/Presidents, or Finance Coordinator >> Only  the Team Leaders/Presidents, Director or Finance Coordinator may register a chorus for convention. New Fee for 2024 $200.  All necessary information pertaining to registering for Convention at the International Level are in the underlined link below.

Chorus Competitors Portal - Sweet Adelines International

  • EARLY registration deadline: March 19, 2024 [included in the initial Order of Appearance Draw on March 25, 2024)

  • LATE registration deadline (will incur an additional $100 fee): April 3, 2024 [Order of Appearance draw April 8, 2024] 
 

REGIONAL REGISTRATION IS OPEN - Please follow instructions sent in your email

AFTER you've successfully registered your chorus for contest with Sweet Adelines International, chapter convention chairs, Team Leader/President, Directors or Financial Coordinator also need to register with Region 13 when it becomes available.

Letter from Michelle, Registrar

  • Region 13 Chorus Registration Form (Emailed to Directors 3/6/2024) Due with payment no later than April 12th
  • Chorus Webcaster Information Form Due by April 12
  • Rehearsal/Meal Order Form  Due by April 12
  • Chorus Open Division Form (as applicable and must be logged into SAI website) Due at Thursday Briefing
  • SAI's List of Competing Members Form (Must be logged into SAI website) Due by April 17 & At Convention Briefing 
    DO NOT SEND TO SAI HEADQUARTERS
    • 1] BY APRIL 17th - Follow the instructions on the form and then email a copy--with as many signatures as you have at the time to Julia [[email protected]] 
    • 2] AT CONVENTION BRIEFING - TWO final copies of your Lists of Competing Members--signed and filled in completely--should be handed in at the Chorus Briefing in  Spokane   

Choruses will need to provide  their own badge holders and lanyards. 4" x 3"   for a horizontal  (landscape) badge
