2025 Convention - Harmony Emporium Vendor Information

Where:
The contests will be held in the Convention Center Ballroom at 334 W Spokane Falls Blvd, Spokane, WA 99201
Tables will be located in the lobby and hallway outside of the Convention Center Ballroom rooms 100A, 100B and 100C. 

Space will be allocated on a "first application in" basis.

When:

• Thursday, May 15, 2025: Vendor Set-up 10am to 2pm
• Thursday, May 15, 2025: Harmony Emporium Open 2pm to 7pm 
• Friday, May 16, 2025: Harmony Emporium Open 8am to 7:30pm 
• Saturday, May 17, 2025: Harmony Emporium Open 8am to 4pm

The Early Bird Gets the Discount - Deadline April 1st, 2025
Save money by registering early! Early Bird Pricing is available to all vendors whose application and payment are received by Monday April 1st!  Vendors who register by the Early Bird deadline will be listed in pre-convention materials going to all attendees.

*Our new payment system Zeffy, relies solely on voluntary donations and does not charge the Region any transaction fees. Please note that Zeffy will add a suggested default donation as you check out. This (or any) donation is entirely voluntary and may be changed by simply clicking on the donation dropdown menu before submitting your payment. 

A couple of product “no-no’s”

• No scented products are allowed to be used or sold  (e.g., burning or scented candles, sachet-type items, perfumes, etc.) due to potential chemical sensitivity and allergies for our singers.
• No food products, including bottled water may be sold by vendors, per venue policy.

It’s all in the details

• Each space will consist of a 6’x3” table with a drape. Total booth space is estimated to be 8'x6'. If space allows, vendors may request additional tables within their space or bring their own. They can also purchase a second space at a discount. 
• There is free unsecured Wi-Fi Internet service in the lobby. Vendors need to order electrical access separately from the Convention Center at a significant fee. If interested. Contact Jen McDonnell below, for additional info. 
• If you need assistance from the convention staff, it is your responsibility to pay and/or appropriately tip for these services. 
• IMPORTANT: Since Harmony Emporium will be in the lobby, it will be up to you to secure your items each night. 
• Security – The Convention Center will be locked up after each night and convention security will be present.
