Quartet Registration Information
How to Register - Deadlines - Forms
1. Register Your Quartet - Quartet Contact Person Only
Check that your quartet is registered and your yearly dues to SAI are paid up. This must be completed at least 60 days prior to the competition.
AFTER VERIFYING YOUR QUARTET IS REGISTERED AND UP-TO-DATE WITH INTERNATIONAL DUES, GO ON THE STEP 2
2. Register with SWEET ADELINES INTERNATIONAL

2024 Regional Competition Fee: $125 early, $225 after 3/18/24
QUARTET CONTACTS, follow the instructions on the main Sweet Adelines International site. (Sign into MEMBER SITE and select REGIONAL COMPETION - QUARTET PORTAL. You will select YOURSELF as an attendee, and then your quartet.)
INFORMATION REQUIRED: Quartet Name and quartet members. Expected SONG ORDER Order and date EACH SONG was approved by SONG ASSESSMENT TOOL or expected date of approval. If doing a medley, each song within the medley must be listed.
AFTER REGISTERING FOR REGIONAL AT THE SAI WEBSITE, RETURN HERE TO SIGN IN TO REGISTER AND ALSO TO PURCHASE PERFORMANCE FLASHDRIVES, GO ON TO STEP 3
3. Sign Up with Region 13
Register, purchase performance flash drives and photo orders - Quartet Contact Person Only
- When you sign in, you will select the option "Yippee We Are Competing!!" and put 1 item in your cart.
- At this point you will have the option to purchase the performance flash drive during check out.
> If you do not want a flash drive, push select.
> If you ARE purchasing the flash drive, you may select that now and hit select. The 1st flash drive is $20 and
each additional drive is $10. - Once you have made all of your selections, push select. This will take you to the next page where you will answer the REGISTRATION QUESTIONS and enter your card information if paying online, or will receive instructions on where to mail your check. There are two different payment options. It makes a difference which link you select, so please be sure to select the correct payment option you are using below.

- Registering and Paying by check - no longer available.
*Our new payment system Zeffy, relies solely on voluntary donations and does not charge the Region any transaction fees. Please note that Zeffy will add a suggested default donation as you check out. This (or any) donation is entirely voluntary and may be changed by simply clicking on the donation dropdown menu before submitting your payment.
