2025 Convention - Quartet Registration

The quartet contact is the only person who should be completing registration steps.

STEP 1 - Register Your Quartet with International 
Check that your quartet is registered and your yearly dues to SAI are paid up.  This must be completed at least 60 days prior to the competition. For questions regarding membership dues, please contact our Membership Department.

STEP 2 - Register for competition with Sweet Adelines International - Pay fees to participate in this year's regional competition

INFORMATION REQUIRED: Quartet name and quartet members, expected song order,  entry ID# and date of each song as approved by Song Assessment Tool or expected date of approval. If doing a medley, each song within the medley must be listed. Follow the instructions on the main Sweet Adelines International website (you will need to be signed in).

• EARLY registration deadline ($125 fee): March 17, 2025 [included in the initial Order of Appearance Draw on March 24, 2025]
• LATE registration deadline ($225 fee): April 1, 2025 [Order of Appearance draw April 7, 2025] 

After registering for regional competition at the SAI website, return here March 5th to go on to STEP 3
