2026 Competitor Information

THE 'CLEAR BAG' POLICY FOR THE VENUE IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

Information pertaining to both choruses and quartets

Competitors using scooters or other mobility devices in the pattern will need to designate a member of their own group to move those devices backstage. Convention volunteers will not be able to perform this task.

Regional Quartet Competitor Packet (SAI resource)

If a quartet has to withdraw, a written withdrawal notice be received at International headquarters.  This may be by email. a phone call is not sufficient. 

Submit Photo for Kick-Off and Convention Center Slide Show - Deadline April 3rd

Register the quartet with NxNW Region 13 for Regional Contest starting February 15, 2026. Information collected:  quartet novice status, a quartet contact for convention weekend, email for delivery of performance link. Click here to register.

• NEW for 2026: a link to your performance will be delivered by email at no charge. No physical performance drives will be provided.

Backstage Bags and Pattern purses Guidelines

• Purses: No restrictions on size or material, but all purses must fit inside your backstage bags. Keep bags light enough for volunteers to move safely.
• Backstage Bags: Each quartet should provide their own reusable or disposable bags, no larger than 19 x 17 x 7 inches. 
• After performing: Wait until you’ve exited the backstage holding areas before handing out purses to members.
