1. LIST OF CONTEST DEADLINES

  • Enter Region 13 Competition and make payment through Sweet Adelines International (LINK)  - Opens January 31, 2025
  • Hotel Reservations - Opens February 17, 2025
  • Register at the regional level and complete information for NxNW Region 13 - Opens March 5, 2025
  • Early Registration and payment through SAI  $125 - Deadline March 17, 2025
  • Order of Appearance Draw for Early Entries - March 24, 2025
  • Late registration entry through SAI $225 - Deadline April 1, 2025
  • Order of Appearance FINAL Draw - April 8, 2025
  • Open Division Cue Sheet (Open Division Competitors Only) - email to Competition Coordinator by April 15, 2025
  • Registration for NxNW Region 13 and All Event Tickets (AET) orders due - Deadline April 25, 2025
  • Performance Flash Drive Orders Due - Deadline April 25, 2025
  • Program Ads and Shout Out Orders Due - Deadline April 25, 2025
  • Webcast Information Sheet (Available after registration) - Deadline April 10, 2025
  • Photography Orders Due - Deadline MAY 1, 2025
  • Open Division Cue Sheet (Open Division Competitors Only) IF THERE ARE CHANGES ONLY - turn in at briefing - May 15, 2025

2. QUARTET CHECKLIST

This Quartet Checklist will guide you through the process of submitting forms and meeting deadlines while preparing for convention.

3. INTERNATIONAL QUARTET REGISTRATION

WHO: Quartet Contact - Only one contact.

WHAT: Enter the Quartet for competition with Sweet Adelines International. Information includes competition division, song assessment approval date Entry ID#. Song Information Sheet
If a quartet has to withdraw, a written withdrawal notice be received at International headquarters.  This may be by email. a phone call is not sufficient.

WHERE: Sweet Adeline International website Quartet Competitor Portal. (You must sign in with your member login at the SAI website)

WHEN: Registration opens January 31, 2025. Registration deadline without a late fee is March 17, 2025. The International draw for order of appearance in Monday, March 24, 2025.

WHY: Quartets must provide information to Sweet Adelines International to register for competition.

NEXT STEPS: Be sure to complete Regional Registration starting March 5th.

4. REGIONAL QUARTET REGISTRATION

WHO: Quartet Contact - Only one contact.

WHAT: Register the Quartet with NxNW Region 13 for Regional Contest. Information includes quartet member names, competition division, information for the webcaster, any special needs, a contact for convention weekend.

WHERE: Register here with required information starting March 5, 2025. 

WHEN: No charge for registration. The deadline for completion is April 25, 2025.  

WHY: Competitors must provide details needed for judging, the webcasters and the contest process.

NOTE: AET's are not transferable.

5. Quartet CAL Members Purchase an AET through a chorus or through the online store link.

7. OPEN DIVISION CUE SHEET

The OPEN DIVISION CUE SHEET is only required if in Open Division.  To be emailed to the Competition Coordinator by April 15, 2025. 
IF CHANGES ARE MADE between April 15 and May 15, turn in an updated version at the briefing on May 15, 2025.
